




Job Summary: Generalist HR Analyst to manage the employee lifecycle, lead recruitment and selection, develop Training and Development (T&D), and administer payroll and benefits, ensuring compliance. Internal HR consulting and performance management #### **Responsibilities** * Manage the full employee lifecycle in the HR Management System (HRIS), from onboarding, internal movements, to offboarding, serving as the focal point for HR and Payroll at the Pouso Alegre unit. * Lead end\-to\-end recruitment and selection processes, utilizing ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platforms and competency-based interview techniques. * Develop and implement Training and Development (T&D) programs, including needs assessment (NA), design of learning paths, and effectiveness evaluation. * Administer payroll and benefits management, ensuring compliance with labor legislation (CLT) and eSocial. * Develop and analyze HR metrics (KPIs) such as turnover, absenteeism, and cost per hire, using BI tools and advanced spreadsheets. * Support local managers in people management. * Monitor productivity of personnel at the Pouso Alegre branch. * Provide internal consulting on HR policies, labor legislation, and performance management for leaders and employees. * Ensure HR processes remain updated and compliant with regulatory standards and internal/external audits. #### **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or related fields. * Proven experience working as a Generalist HR Analyst, with hands-on exposure to all HR subsystems. * In-depth knowledge of Labor Legislation (CLT), eSocial, and other applicable HR regulatory standards. * Proficiency in HR Management Systems (HRIS/HCM), such as SAP SuccessFactors, TOTVS RM, Senior HCM, or similar. * Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platforms for managing selection processes. * Ability to develop and analyze HR data using advanced Excel and/or Business Intelligence (BI) tools. * Certification or specialized training in People Management, Labor Law, or Recruitment and Selection will be considered an advantage. #### **Skills** * Labor Legislation (CLT) * eSocial * HRIS/HCM Systems * ATS (Applicant Tracking System) * Recruitment and Selection (Techniques) * Training and Development (Needs Assessment) * Benefits Management * Advanced Excel * HR Metrics Analysis ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Flexible Meal Allowance, Transportation Allowance, On-site Cafeteria, Career Development Plan, Profit Sharing and Results Program, SEST/SENAT ### **Department:** PEOPLE AND MANAGEMENT
