Job Summary: A hardware and cloud infrastructure consultant responsible for provisioning and operating IT and communication resources in on-premises and Microsoft Azure environments, designing and maintaining hybrid infrastructure architectures. Do you want to be part of this story and turn ideas and dreams into reality? **As a Hardware and Cloud Infrastructure Consultant, you will:** * Provision and operate IT and communication resources securely in on\-premises and Microsoft Azure environments. * Design, implement, and maintain hybrid infrastructure architectures, defining technical standards and best practices. * Administer and configure Linux servers, storage environments, networks, and firewalls. * Implement and sustain information security policies, access controls, and data protection best practices. * Support the evolution of architecture standards, technical documentation, and infrastructure governance. * Implement and maintain observability and monitoring solutions. * Ensure high availability, performance, reliability, and scalability of infrastructure environments. * Analyze and resolve incidents, driving continuous improvement and failure prevention. * Collaborate with technical teams and business areas to gather requirements and define solutions. * Contribute to technological evolution of the environment by proposing improvements and modernizations aligned with industry best practices. **For this position, you must have:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Networking, or related fields. * Prior experience administering on\-premises infrastructure and Microsoft Azure environments. * Solid knowledge of Linux. * Experience administering storage, networking, and firewalls. * Experience designing infrastructure architecture and defining infrastructure standards. * Knowledge of information security practices applied to hybrid environments. * Experience with observability and monitoring tools. * Troubleshooting ability, root cause analysis, and incident resolution skills. * Advanced English for technical communication and reading documentation. * Availability to work in a hybrid model in Rio de Janeiro. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC). * Knowledge of automation for provisioning and configuration. * Experience with IT governance best practices and technical documentation. * Analytical, organized profile with strong communication and teamwork skills. **Benefits:** * Nationwide health insurance (for employee and dependents, including private room) * Nationwide dental insurance (for employee and dependents) * Flexible meal/food allowance * Remote work allowance * Birthday day off * Wellhub (formerly Gympass) * Extended maternity leave (6 months) and paternity leave (20 days) * Daycare assistance for children up to 3 years old (per child) * Mental health support through Wellz * Benefits club offering discounts with various partners * Education and language course partnerships * Professional development (Corporate University) * Partnership with coworking spaces across Brazil * Quality of Life and Well\-Being Program * Consulting physician for Radix employees * Incentive plans **Radix consistently ranks among the Best Companies to Work For because:** * We have committed, dedicated, curious, and innovative professionals. * Teamwork is our greatest strength.
