If you love education, enjoy contributing, are passionate about your work, and are results-focused, this opportunity is for you!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your mission will be:** * Provide IT support to users across our schools in the states of MG, ES, and PA via ticketing tools, and assist with the use of applications such as Office, Google Suite, and operating systems; * Effective communication with customers and proactivity in addressing requests in collaboration with the IT team are essential. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To take on this challenge, you must have:** * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in IT Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields; * Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and Google tools (Gmail, Meet, Calendar, Drive); * Skills in computer assembly and maintenance; * Residence in Belo Horizonte or its metropolitan area to serve Coleguium, Elite, and Pitágoras brand schools. **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Experience with controllers and installation of UniFi Ubiquiti, VoIP, Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware ESXi, and Hyper\-V. **Additional Information** **Additional Information:** Working hours: 44 hours per week. Location: Belo Horizonte (MG).
