We welcome **interns and apprentices** who wish to develop administrative skills within a professional, organized, and welcoming environment. **Job Responsibilities** * In-person and online (WhatsApp/Instagram) customer service; * Scheduling management and support for appointment bookings; * Administrative and financial record-keeping support; * Document, spreadsheet, and material organization; * Daily operational support for studio professionals; * Assistance in maintaining the workspace and ensuring smooth operations; * Contributing to a light-hearted, organized, and professional work environment. **What We Seek** * Strong communication skills, courtesy, and professional demeanor; * Organization and proactivity; * Proficiency with technology and social media; * Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Willingness to learn and grow in the administrative field; * Commitment to scheduled hours and routines; * Collaborative and responsible attitude.
