Job Summary: This Systems Assistant will provide technical support, handle service tickets, assist in maintaining internal systems, and document procedures. Key Highlights: 1. WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A SYSTEMS ASSISTANT? * Provide first- and second-level technical support to internal users; * Handle service tickets, analyze and resolve incidents; * Support maintenance and improvement of internal systems, with focus on transportation and logistics; * Document procedures and technical solutions; * Collaborate with other IT and business areas to ensure service continuity. **Requirements** * Proficiency in SQL language, with emphasis on SQL Server; * Familiarity with Benner system is desirable; * Experience with transportation systems is desirable; * Familiarity with ITIL best practices (incident management, service requests, change management, etc.) is desirable; * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and collaborative mindset. * Completed high school education; pursuing a higher education degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields is a plus.
