You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring equipment and facilities operate efficiently and safely. You must manage maintenance schedules, resource allocation, and supply of parts and materials, while ensuring compliance with applicable safety standards and regulations. Experience managing maintenance teams is essential, as well as knowledge of building, electrical, and mechanical maintenance techniques. Candidates must demonstrate leadership, organizational, and effective communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and in challenging environments.
