Job Summary: Responsible for providing consultative customer service, identifying customer needs, presenting vehicles, conducting test drives, and accompanying the entire purchasing process until vehicle delivery. Conducts **test drives**, carries out transparent negotiations, and accompanies the entire purchasing process from **sales order placement through invoicing to vehicle delivery**. Must remain **up-to-date on the automotive market and competitors**, record customer interactions and proposals in the system, **upload documentation to Vianuvem**, and **register used vehicles in Auto Avaliar**. Also participates in **events and external activities**, ensuring **excellence in customer service and customer satisfaction**.
