The professional will support financial control, organize and monitor training programs, act as an interface with corporate education systems, and manage educational benefits.

**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Working Hours:** 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
**Level:** Professional
**Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT* Support the financial control of educational initiatives (supplier payments, invoices, and bank slips).
* Organize and monitor training programs, including logistics, schedules, attendance lists, and evaluations.
* Support the organization and delivery of onboarding training for new employees.
* Act as an interface with corporate education systems and platforms.
* Support the management of mandatory courses and learning journeys across various hierarchical levels.
* Manage benefits aimed at employee education and professional development.
**Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Pedagogy, Psychology, or related fields.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Basic knowledge of Training & Development and corporate education routines.
* Prior experience in HR will be considered a significant advantage.
