Focus on excellence in customer service Construction Materials Store Manager Position \- \#1062 **Responsibilities:** * Manage daily store operations, ensuring compliance with franchise standards; * Monitor performance indicators (revenue, margin, delinquency, inventory turnover, etc.); * Manage inventory, ensuring control, organization, and equipment availability; * Lead, guide, and evaluate the team, fostering a productive and collaborative environment; * Ensure excellence in customer service and issue resolution; * Negotiate with suppliers and partners when necessary; * Monitor equipment maintenance and ensure appropriate usage conditions, maintaining contact with the headquarters in São João del Rei; * Resolve operational issues and propose continuous improvements to optimize processes. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in civil construction materials is desirable; * Previous management experience will be considered a plus; * Driver's license category B and willingness to travel; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); * Must reside in Lavras/MG. Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
