Job Summary: A sewing professional to work in the production of mattresses and covers, performing various sewing operations and inspecting components. Key Highlights: 1. Specialized sewing of sleep-related products 2. Product compliance inspection 3. Teamwork and responding to requests * Sew mattress and joining covers' side panels, closing the perimeter; * Sew labels onto mattress and bed side panels; * Sew children's pillowcase covers; * Sew bed covers; * Sew closure of pillow-side panels for mattresses with Europillow; * Inspect non-conforming side panels; * Respond to immediate supervisor's requests within the scope of work. Overlock Operations: * Inspect non-conforming top panels; * Perform overlock stitching along the perimeter of spring mattress top panels; * Store mattress top panels on shelves; * Sew Unibox covers and joining covers; * Embroider spring mattress names onto side panels; * Respond to immediate supervisor's requests within the scope of work.
