Interface with suppliers and assurance of technical feasibility **Description:** ---------------- **Work Location:** Betim \- Minas Gerais **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:30 **Work Modality:** On-site The professional will be responsible for the technical management of development and maintenance of embedded electronic modules and visible controls (*switches*), coordinating engineering activities related to vehicle components and subsystems. They will ensure compliance with quality, performance, schedule, and cost objectives, supporting the program management team in delivering technical outputs for each project. They will lead deliverables under their responsibility, monitoring program *scorecards*, analysis of technical bulletins, and internal metrics, ensuring proper communication flow between technical areas and the vehicle project team. They will participate in early development phases and *handover*, collaborating with engineering teams to define technical solutions, performance targets, schedules, and costs for the involved systems. They will monitor engineering, design, and process validation plans, ensuring tests are executed on schedule and participating in analysis or escalation of non-conformities. They will ensure technical feasibility, design robustness, manufacturing capability, and compliance of engineering documentation, maintaining continuous interface with suppliers and engineering teams. They will also ensure updates to the product structure for test vehicles and *Polywood Buck*, guaranteeing part deliveries and implementation of technical modifications according to production schedules. They will provide technical support for system diagnostics and problem resolution at the assembly plant, from pilot phases through vehicle launch, ensuring compliance with internal engineering processes and standards. **Requirements:** ----------------- * Bachelor's or Technologist degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Embedded Systems, or related fields; * Experience in the automotive industry, preferably in product development; * Experience in Engineering Project Management and supplier interface; * Proficiency in MS Office; * Advanced English; * Brazilian National Driver's License (CNH) Category B. **Preferred Qualifications:** * MBA in Project Management; * Willingness to travel; * Experience with road testing;
