Come be part of this community! **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Maintaining and updating the supplier database, organizing documentation per internal procedures, performing verification and registration; * Monitoring purchase requisitions, verifying approvals and requirements according to procurement policy; * Preparing and supporting quotation processes led by more senior professionals, including specifications, supplier lists, deadlines, proposal submissions, evaluation criteria, standards, etc.; * Conducting low\-value procurement activities within defined authority levels and established policies, covering supplier selection, quotation, negotiation, contracting, follow\-up, etc.; * Developing spreadsheets and reports for analysis and approval of procurement and supply processes, consolidating data and information, performing follow\-up, and resolving discrepancies in receipt and supply; * Fulfilling project supply demands by analyzing requests and identified needs; * Performing material planning and management activities by analyzing demand from involved departments; * Selecting and recommending qualified companies to participate in quotations, based on understanding internal customer needs; * Identifying the supplier best suited to meet the requirements of the given process in terms of cost and quality, by analyzing terms and conditions presented in quotation processes; * Conducting medium\-scale and complex procurement activities within defined authority levels and established policies, covering supplier selection, quotation, negotiation, contracting, follow\-up, etc.; * Monitoring ongoing processes and tracking compliance with contractual delivery deadlines; * Participating in developing new suppliers, as well as in performance evaluation, feedback meetings, etc.; * Leading sourcing initiatives for medium\-complexity categories; * Contributing to procurement planning by analyzing and consolidating inventory indicators and other relevant process information; * Participating in drafting normative documents for the Integrated Management System; **For this position, we expect you to have:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration and/or Engineering and/or Logistics and/or related fields; * Preferred experience in supply chain, procurement, and/or logistics; * Preferred experience with quotation processes, negotiation, and supplier management; * Preferred knowledge of procurement policies and contract management; * Preferred knowledge or experience with ISO 14001: Environmental Management System (EMS).
