We offer products and services aimed at environmental preservation and environmental awareness. **Responsibilities:** Receive, open pouches, and distribute contents to respective departments. Assemble pouches for dispatch to agencies. Receive driver schedules one day in advance—or two days in advance for holidays. Identify origin and destination in the system based on driver schedules. Synchronize onboard sales equipment according to the driver’s trip schedule. Complete or assemble the driver’s sales folder with all necessary documents and equipment. Deliver the driver’s sales folder according to their schedule. Perform tasks relevant to Revenue Collection Assistant routines. Position located in Belo Horizonte / MG. Previous experience as a Collections Assistant, Finance Assistant, Receivables Analyst, or Accounts Receivable Assistant may indicate suitability for some duties of this position. High school diploma required.
