Manage the company’s financial operations. Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow statements. Develop financial and budgetary planning. Control working capital and cash requirements. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Monitor financial KPIs and prepare management reports. Negotiate with banks, financial institutions, and suppliers. Identify alternative credit and financing options when needed. Administer financial investments and banking operations. Control expenses, financial costs, and investments. Support preparation of the annual budget (Budget) and its revisions (Forecast). Conduct financial feasibility studies for new projects and investments. Ensure compliance of financial processes and fulfillment of legal obligations. Collaborate closely with accounting, audit, and controller functions. Lead, develop, and supervise the finance team. Propose improvements to internal processes and controls. Support the executive team with financial and strategic analyses for decision-making. Postgraduate degree (preferred): Finance; Controller; Business Management; Financial Administration; MBA in Finance. Experience: Proven experience as a Financial Manager. Experience in industrial, metallurgical, civil construction, or manufacturing companies. Team management experience. Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management. Experience in banking negotiations. Familiarity with financial KPIs and performance management. Technical Knowledge: Cash flow management. Financial planning. Corporate budgeting (Budget and Forecast). Working capital management. Accounts payable and receivable. Credit and collections. Financial statement analysis. Financial indicators (KPIs).
