**Job Responsibilities:**
Execute administrative/operational credit department processes, including: customer credit analysis according to pre\-established procedures, customer database updates, and credit protection agency inquiries. Conduct collections from delinquent customers. Provide customer service to address inquiries. Issue payment slips and manage payment tracking. Maintain up\-to\-date customer records.
**Qualifications That Enhance Your Candidacy:**
Completed High School;
Prior experience in credit and collections is a plus;
Knowledge of financial management systems;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer literacy;
Familiarity with the Consumer Protection Code is desirable.
