If you seek **purpose in your work**, wish to **advance professionally**, and want to contribute to the **advancement of public administration**, this may be the place for you. ? **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct in-person and remote training focused on using the company's systems; * Independently lead implementations for clients in the Revenue Collection area; * Provide technical and functional support, resolving moderately complex requests; * Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure an excellent customer experience; * Be available for frequent travel, as required by project demands. **Desired Knowledge** * Familiarity with business rules applicable to public administration, especially in the Revenue Collection area; * Basic knowledge of IPTU, ISS, ITBI, fees, and contributions, as well as concepts related to assessment, revenue collection, and active debt collection; Understanding of the fiscal calendar and phases of the tax cycle (assessment, revenue collection, fund transfer, financial reporting); * Familiarity with routine tasks in the revenue collection department, including real estate and economic registration (CNAE, permits, properties, taxpayers), issuance of installment payment slips, payment vouchers, and installment plans; * Basic understanding of integration with accounting and treasury systems (revenue collection vs. fund transfer); * Ability to analyze reports (CSV, PDF, spreadsheets), with basic knowledge of databases and Excel manipulation; * Attention to integrations with legacy systems and data consistency. **Advantages** * Familiarity with LGPD as applied to public administration; * Basic knowledge of Service Layer, tokens, and Cloud environments; * Familiarity with tax data migration and interpretation of conversion tickets. **Education Requirements** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (preferably in the final stages) in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, Public Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
