




Job Summary: Responsible for reconciliations, preparation of financial statements, tax calculation, and compliance with ancillary obligations, ensuring legal compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Monthly/annual accounting analysis and closing **Technical Competencies (Hard Skills)** * **Knowledge of general accounting** (classification, reconciliation, and accounting entries). * **Tax calculation** (federal, state, and municipal taxes). * **Preparation of financial statements** (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, etc.). * **Up-to-date proficiency in accounting, tax, and fiscal legislation**. * **Experience with Accounting and Fiscal SPED, ECF, ECD, and other ancillary obligations.** * **Bank, asset, and account reconciliations**. * **Monthly/annual accounting analysis and closing**. * **Microsoft Office suite (especially advanced Excel)**. * **Familiarity with accounting/ERP systems** (e.g., Domínio, Alterdata, Protheus, SCI, among others). * Perform **bank reconciliations** and verification of accounting accounts; * + Prepare and analyze **balance sheets**, **trial balances**, and **financial statements**; + Execute **accounting entries** and tax classifications, ensuring accurate tax calculation; + Prepare and review ancillary obligations, such as **Accounting SPED**, **ECD**, **ECF**, and other tax declarations; + Support tax calculation (IRPJ, CSLL, among others); + Perform **accounting recordkeeping** for companies under different tax regimes (Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido, and Lucro Real); + Provide technical support to clients, clarifying doubts and suggesting improvements to accounting processes; + Ensure compliance with statutory deadlines and adherence to accounting and tax legislation; + Use accounting systems, preferably with knowledge of the **Domínio system (Thomson Reuters)**.
