Direct communication with customers for order tracking. ### **Job Title** Entry level Order Management Analyst ### **Job Description** **Junior Contract Management Analyst** **Your Role:** * Preparation of billing reports * Monitoring and management of response time with stakeholders * Presenting weekly performance review meetings with the commercial team * Issuing invoices to customers * Critical analysis and dashboard creation to improve processes * Direct communication with customers, tracking potential cancellations or process reversals **You are the right person if:** * You hold a completed undergraduate degree * You have experience in contract and billing analysis, and invoice processing * You possess basic Excel knowledge * You have an analytical mindset and strong communication skills * English is desirable **How We Work Together** We believe we generate greater impact when we work together rather than separately.
