Work model: In-person Unit: Belo Horizonte \- BH **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Principal Enchantment Manager, you will work within the Principal management team, and your main responsibilities will include: * Welcoming and accompanying clients throughout their entire stay at the unit, ensuring a premium, welcoming, and personalized experience. * Presenting exclusive environments and services, highlighting benefits, event schedules, and relationship-building opportunities. * Managing the client base by sending invitations and promoting engagement in strategic events and experiences.
