Employee development and risk control **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 8 AM \- 5 PM **Level:** Supervision/Coordination **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code * Achieve established targets by offering products and services aligned with customer expectations, equipping the team with relevant performance information; * Achieve target plans, customer satisfaction, and loyalty in the short, medium, and long term; * Develop initiatives to expand the customer base and promote products and services; * Ensure all approved operations undergo analyses consistent with established policies and regulations, supported by guarantees appropriate to the business conducted; * Identify improvement opportunities and implement actions aimed at achieving institutional objectives; * Support the team in negotiating and closing more complex or larger-scale deals; * Ensure excellence in customer service and experience; * Ensure branch processes comply with applicable regulations, policies, and legislation; * Comply with requirements set forth by regulatory and supervisory authorities, as well as institutional policies; * Fulfill obligations under the Anti-Money Laundering Law; * Promote the professional development of team members; * Maintain delinquency indicators at minimum acceptable levels; * Cooperate with internal and external auditors, as well as Sicoob’s Internal Controls and Risk Management area. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; * Postgraduate specialization in Commercial Management or related areas; * CPA 10 certification; * Proficiency in sales techniques; * Proficiency in negotiation of financial products and services; * Knowledge of financial institutions; * Familiarity with regulations issued by BACEN, CVM, and ANBIMA; * Experience in team leadership.
