Job Summary: The professional will manage FTTH/FTTP service deliveries for Home Connect, ensuring quality, timeliness, and partner team adherence to processes, as well as driving continuous improvements. Guarantee of partner management and field audits. * The professional will manage FTTH/FTTP access chain service deliveries for *Home Connect* in accordance with the quality and timeliness standards agreed upon with clients and operators operating on Neutral Networks in **Minas Gerais**.
