We seek a professional responsible for defining the set of rules and guidelines for the use of technology resources and for managing IT service providers, as well as managing financial lines and contractual relationships with technology partners. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop IT governance policies, procedures, and workflows aligned with the company’s objectives and values by establishing parameters, boundaries, or guidance to reduce risks and improve operational efficiency. * Monitor IT processes through analysis of metrics and/or indicators to assess whether expected outcomes have been achieved and make decisions based on the diagnosis performed. * Conduct impact analyses of changes to the technology infrastructure by monitoring GMUD (Change Management) processes to concentrate efforts on delivering business value and mitigating risks and downtime. * Carry out annual budget planning aligned with the company’s strategy by defining a set of actions, tools, and controls aimed at understanding, organizing, and managing technology resources to plan appropriate allocation of the company’s financial resources during the fiscal year. * Prepare reports and/or presentations containing IT governance indicators by organizing data, information, and quantitative and qualitative analyses to support decision-making by Senior Management and/or the Board for potential decisions. * Document the implementation of IT governance projects by presenting information objectively, categorically, and visually to foster shared and transparent understanding across the business. * Identify improvement opportunities through mappings conducted during process execution, application of procedures and workflows, to propose actions enabling continuous improvement in operational performance. * Perform other related and inherent professional activities as required by the department’s needs and/or demands, whenever necessary, through training, professional qualification, and guidance from the immediate supervisor, to ensure continuous professional development as a learning opportunity and in alignment with departmental needs. * Actively contribute to developing performance indicators (KPIs), objectives and key results (OKRs), and new company projects. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, or related fields * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Advanced English proficiency * Preferred: Knowledge and/or certification in COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001 * Professional experience in governance, including indicator management, and development and presentation of reports * Customer-focused mindset, professionalism, collaboration, innovation, technical leadership, decision-making ability, strategic and business vision **Additional Information** * Health and dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Wellhub * Wellz * Day off * Discounts on personal insurance contracts such as auto, life, home, travel, and others. **Here, you define the pace of your growth and the scale of your achievements.** MDS is one of the leading insurance brokerage firms in Brazil, specializing in insurance, reinsurance, benefits management, and risk consulting.
