A mining company seeks a Senior Human Resources Analyst in Parauapebas (Esplanada Housing Development). **Responsibilities:** Plan and monitor technical and behavioral training programs targeting local communities, aligned with the Social Responsibility area. Support the identification of training needs (ITN) in collaboration with internal departments and local social demands. Organize and monitor trainings, courses, workshops, and development pathways, either in-person or online. Act as liaison with educational institutions, NGOs, local partners, and training providers. Support integration, employability, and social inclusion initiatives aligned with company guidelines. Monitor training effectiveness indicators and prepare reports on results and social impact. Support administrative T&D processes (recordkeeping, attendance lists, certificates, records, and evidence). Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, labor legislation, and safety and sustainability guidelines. Contribute to institutional communication regarding training initiatives directed at communities and social media. Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job posting. Resume screening, interview scheduling and follow-up. Liaise with managers and partner departments, ensuring alignment with operational requirements and company HR policies. Previous experience as an Organizational Development Analyst, Recruitment and Selection Analyst, Training and Development Analyst, or People Management Analyst may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
