This person will be responsible for strengthening the brand’s digital presence, ensuring visual coherence, language aligned with brand positioning, and integration across communication, branding, and performance strategies. **Responsibilities** * Plan, create, and manage social media content (Instagram, LinkedIn, and others). * Collaborate closely with the design team, adapting visual assets, layouts, and formats for different platforms. * Ensure alignment among social media, branding, corporate communications, and digital marketing. * Monitor metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and propose continuous improvements. * Track market trends, digital behavior, and emerging tools. * Create communication materials for corporate events, ensuring alignment with brand identity. **Requirements** * Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising and Public Relations, Business Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in marketing. * Experience bridging graphic design and social media management. * Knowledge of marketing subsystems: branding, communications, digital marketing, content, and performance. * Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar). * Knowledge of social media metrics and results analysis. * Strong written communication skills, creativity, and organizational ability. * Proactive, collaborative mindset with strategic vision. * Availability for 100% on-site work in Alphaville/Barueri.
