Focus on budgetary control and expense organization Job Description: Role Mission: Serve as a Junior Corporate HR Analyst, focusing on the operational and financial management of benefits, ensuring organization, budgetary control, accuracy in postings, and support for hotel units, considering the organization’s multi-CNPJ structure. Key Responsibilities: Benefits Management: * Administration of Transportation Vouchers, Food Vouchers, Meal Vouchers, Fuel Vouchers, Health Insurance Plans, Dental Insurance Plans, and Life Insurance. * Registrations, cancellations, and database updates with providers. * Monthly purchase of benefits per CNPJ, respecting deadlines and unit-specific requirements. * Support in monitoring contractual expirations and adjustments. Financial and Budgetary Control: * Verification of amounts against the approved budget. * Monitoring of budgeted versus actual costs. * Posting and verification of benefits-related expenses in the financial portal. * Organization of documents for internal controls and audits. Multi-CNPJ Operations: * Benefits management across multiple CNPJs and hotel units. * Ensuring proper allocation and organization of costs in corresponding cost centers and companies. * Maintenance of updated and traceable records. Mandatory Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields. * Prior experience in HR, preferably in benefits administration. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Proficiency in HR systems and financial portals.
