Job Summary: A professional to manage production orders, interact with customers, create and revise graphic designs, monitor the graphic production workflow, and organize shipments, while keeping communication and the system updated. Key Highlights: 1. Direct interaction with customers for alignment and operational support. 2. Creation and revision of graphic designs, with a focus on visual quality. 3. End-to-end monitoring of the graphic production workflow. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive, register, and organize production orders. * Directly contact customers for operational alignment and clarification of queries. * Create, adjust, and review simple or customized graphic designs as requested. * Verify files sent by customers prior to release for production. * Monitor the graphic production workflow and its stages (lamination, cutting, oven treatment, and other processes). * Sort, verify, and prepare materials for shipment. * Respond to emails and operational messages, ensuring speed and clarity. * Enter orders, updates, and information into the internal system. __________________________________________________________________________________________ **Technical Requirements (Preferred)** * Proven experience in graphic design creation and editing. * Advanced proficiency in graphic software: * **CorelDRAW / Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop.** * Solid understanding of layout adjustment, typography, color, and pre-production file review. * Attention to visual details, standardization, and final delivery quality. * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to interact with customers courteously and clearly. * Dynamic, communicative, proactive, and sociable profile.
