Key responsibilities include: \* Customer support via WhatsApp; \* Clarifying product-related questions, delivery timelines, payment methods, and returns/exchanges; \* Processing orders in the system; \* Following up on abandoned carts and open sales opportunities; \* Effectively closing sales. To perform well in this role, the candidate must be: \* Proactive and organized; \* Possess strong communication skills; \* Have sales awareness; \* Punctual and committed.
