Leadership and team management Job Description We are seeking a committed, organized, and leadership-oriented Dietitian to manage Food and Nutrition Units (UAN), ensuring service quality, food safety, and compliance with sanitary regulations. Main Responsibilities * Monitor, guide, and supervise meal production and distribution, ensuring adherence to quality standards. * Monitor and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices for Food Handling and hygiene and food safety regulations. * Control the quality, validity, storage, and preservation of supplies, raw materials, and food items. * Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of menus, considering nutritional and operational aspects. * Conduct training and provide guidance to kitchen staff on operational procedures, hygiene, and food safety. * Develop, complete, and monitor spreadsheets, records, and unit performance indicators. * Monitor operational processes, identify improvement opportunities, and propose actions to optimize results. * Ensure compliance with current sanitary legislation and internal company policies. Requirements * Completed undergraduate degree in Nutrition. * Active registration with CRN-9 (MG). * Experience in Food and Nutrition Units (UAN), industrial restaurants, hospitals, schools, or similar sectors. * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices for Food Handling, food safety, and sanitary legislation. * Availability to work a 12x36 schedule from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
