Join this team! **COME TRANSFORM LIVES—INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **The main challenges as a** ***PROFESSIONAL TRAINING PRECEPTOR \- NURSING*** **are:** * Facilitate clinical case discussions; * Provide periodic updates to the Course Coordination regarding the internship teaching plan’s progress; * Evaluate students’ performance in practical activities and record attendance; * Guide students in performing their activities and in understanding their rights and responsibilities; * Implement and ensure compliance with the internship teaching plan; * Proficiency in using technologies (institutional operating system); * Directly supervise students’ practical activities; * Attend meetings convened by the Course Coordination; * Contribute to students’ professional development by serving as a bridge between education and work (professional experience); * Prepare activity reports according to the format and schedule provided by the Coordination; * Organize the physical space for local activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** * **Completed Bachelor’s degree in Nursing;** * Prior experience in internships within primary healthcare networks is desirable. * Strong communication skills, ability to relate to students, adaptability, and flexibility; * Up-to-date theoretical and practical knowledge related to the subject; * Availability of schedule; * An updated Lattes CV is mandatory—this is one of the elimination criteria. **Additional Information** We believe in the excellence of our teaching and therefore value graduates from our institutions in our selection processes.
