A shopping mall store is seeking a Store Manager in Lavras. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate and supervise a team of approximately 8 employees. Lead, train, guide, and develop the sales team. Perform store opening and closing procedures. Monitor sales targets and commercial KPIs. Motivate the team to achieve results and deliver excellent customer service. Organize work schedules, shifts, and task assignments. Handle customer inquiries and provide support whenever necessary. Support the team in sales, negotiations, and customer service. Supervise customer service and after-sales processes. Monitor cash register opening and closing. Verify inventory levels, incoming and outgoing goods, and merchandise restocking. Analyze inventory data and movements. Ensure store organization, cleanliness, and visual merchandising. Assist in resolving team conflicts and addressing team requests. Prepare management reports and monitor sales performance. Support hiring and onboarding processes for new employees. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. Strategically drive sales growth and customer loyalty. Previous experience as Store Supervisor, Retail Manager, Store Coordinator, or Operations Manager may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
