If you fit this profile, join our team! **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES** * Design and develop Generative AI and LLM-based solutions applied to real business problems; * Develop advanced chatbots and conversational assistants using LangChain and LangGraph, supporting agents, multi\-step workflows, memory, and external tool integration; * Develop and integrate Machine Learning models, from data preparation and training to deployment in applications; * Design, develop, and maintain APIs and services for integration and availability of AI models and solutions, using modern API development frameworks; * Use AWS for solution support, execution, and scalability; * Apply DevOps practices and tools for delivery, automation, and operations of production solutions; * Implement monitoring, logging, and observability to ensure application and model performance, stability, and reliability; * Collaborate with engineering and business teams on the continuous evolution of AI solutions. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Proven experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs); * Experience developing chatbots and conversational systems; * Practical knowledge of LangChain and LangGraph; * Experience with Machine Learning, from training to production deployment; * Knowledge of APIs and service development frameworks, including system exposure and integration; * Knowledge of AWS; * Experience with DevOps practices and tools for production environments; * Proficiency in Python, with mastery of Software Engineering best practices; * Experience with application monitoring and observability. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience evaluating LLM response quality, including metric definition and automated testing; * Experience in software engineering applied to AI solutions, with focus on architecture, automated testing, error handling, and production resilience; * Experience with CI/CD pipelines for AI applications; * Knowledge of observability and monitoring, including metrics, logs, and alerts; * Ability to translate business needs into technical AI solutions, working closely with product and stakeholders.
