Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior QA Analyst to participate in software test planning, execution, and automation, ensuring system quality and performance, and contributing to the evolution of QA practices. Collaboration with development and product teams to ensure secure deliveries We are looking for a Senior QA Analyst to participate in software test planning, execution, and automation, ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of delivered systems. This professional will play a key role in defining testing strategies, identifying risks, and continuously improving quality processes. They will also collaborate closely with development and product teams, contributing to more secure deliveries and advancing QA practices within the team. **What We Expect** Proficiency in test automation using Playwright and Selenium; Automation programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript; Test and bug management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail); API testing using Postman, SoapUI, or Insomnia; Database knowledge and SQL queries; Code versioning with Git and continuous integration (CI/CD). **Nice-to-Have** ISTQB certification (CTFL or Advanced Level); Test automation certifications; Agile methodology certifications (Scrum Master or Agile Tester). **How We Work** AI is central to our development workflow We value speed with responsibility (not “slow perfectionism”) We seek individuals who learn quickly and adapt even faster Work Model: Hybrid Location: Savassi \- Belo Horizonte \- MG
