




Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and standardization of master data records in ERP systems to support the reliability of the company's critical business processes. Requires attention to detail and tax knowledge Ensure the quality, accuracy, standardization, and timeliness of master data records (products, suppliers, customers, vehicles, parts, services, and other entities) in the Locavia and OLIMPO ERP systems, contributing to the reliability of sales, procurement, billing, inventory, NF-e/NFS-e issuance, and management reporting processes. * Register, update, and maintain **products/items** (parts, services, accessories, vehicles, leasing, etc.), **suppliers and commercial partners**, **customers (individuals and legal entities)**, and other system **master data**, such as cost centers, accounting accounts, price tables, item groups, and brand/model information. * Verify and validate all entered information to ensure correct inclusion of **fiscal, tax, and commercial data**, including tax documents, addresses, contacts, and commercial terms. * Accurately complete **mandatory fiscal fields**, including NCM, CEST, CFOP, Origin, CST/CSOSN, as well as tax rates (ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS, and ST) and **Substitution Tax** information where applicable. * Standardize **nomenclatures, descriptions, internal codes (SKU)**, and **barcodes**, in accordance with the company's internal standards and manuals. * Identify and resolve **duplicate or inconsistent master data entries**, performing record consolidation when authorized. * Perform **bulk import and export of master data** via spreadsheets (Excel/CSV), whenever supported by the system. * Provide support to **Procurement, Sales, Billing, Inventory, and Tax departments**, ensuring appropriate creation and maintenance of required master data for operational activities. * Address **urgent master data requests** originating from POS, counter, e-commerce, or branches (if applicable). * Generate **simple reports** on pending, incomplete, or inconsistent master data entries. * Participate in **periodic reviews of the master data base**, supporting data cleansing, price updates, and deactivation of obsolete items. * Record and document **history of significant changes to master data**, when the system supports traceability or auditing. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Experience with **product, supplier, and/or customer master data registration in ERP systems** (preferably Locavia, OLIMPO, Sankhya, Senior, Totvs Protheus, Fortes, or similar). * Intermediate or advanced **Excel knowledge**, including use of **pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced filters, and conditional formatting**. * Solid understanding of **key Brazilian tax regulations**, such as NCM, CEST, CFOP, product origin, and tax regimes. * **High level of attention to detail** and critical thinking to identify master data inconsistencies. * **Organization and discipline** to follow established standards, processes, and procedures. **Desirable Requirements (Preferred Qualifications):** * Prior experience with **Locavia and/or OLIMPO ERP systems** (considered a strong advantage). * Knowledge of **issuing and interpreting electronic tax documents**, such as NF-e, NFS-e, and CT-e. * Familiarity with **vehicle master data registration**, including chassis number, license plate, RENAVAM, model/year, and leasing groups. * Basic knowledge of **SQL or simple database queries**, to support analysis and verification tasks. * Experience with **master data integration between ERP systems and e-commerce or marketplace platforms**. * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields (considered a plus).
