Clarifying payroll and benefits-related matters **JOB OPENING FOR PERSONNEL DEPARTMENT ANALYST** **Location:** Novo Riacho, Contagem \- MG **Responsibilities:** * Onboarding/offboarding; * Coordinating with clinics to schedule admission and termination medical exams; * Recording timekeeping, meal allowances, transportation vouchers, and employee productivity data; * Liaising with the Accounting department; * Verifying payroll calculations; * Issuing payslips; * Addressing employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits; * Collaborating with other company departments. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in the Personnel Department; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel); * Familiarity with payroll systems and related software. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM\. **Salary:** R$ 3\.500,00 **Benefits:** Transportation voucher, Meal allowance (R$ 21,17\).
