Job Summary: A professional responsible for the full management and execution of funeral services, from body removal and preparation to wake organization and family support. Key Highlights: 1. Please note: All our job openings are open to persons with disabilities (PcD). YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Verify the destination of the body: wake, cremation, or burial. Arrange for body removal and transportation. Manage all required documentation for body removal and transport. * Complete service-related reports in the system and monitor invoice entries. * Inspect and arrange vehicle loading. Ensure internal customer integrity and satisfaction. * Transport the family and arrange bus services when necessary. * Pay applicable fees and deliver required documents for cemetery burial. * Replace fluids and maintain vehicle cleanliness. * Receive the deceased and assess the body’s condition to perform antisepsis. Drain and aspirate the body. Remove, treat, and package organs from autopsied bodies. * Perform body preparation and preservation using basic methods or advanced techniques such as thanatopraxy / embalming. Administer arterial and abdominal fluids. * Dress, apply makeup, and beautify bodies using specialized cosmetics; perform facial restorations when necessary. * Organize the wake. Ensure smooth ceremony execution. * Supervise daily operations and execution of the cleaning department. Provide guidance and direction as needed for the room where the body will lie in state.
