Values teamwork and people development HIRING NOW – ID LOGISTIC – Varginha \- MG Position: Logistics Operations Leader – Permanent Position \- CLT Work Location: ID Logístic – Varginha \- MG **Logistics Operations Leader** **Main Responsibilities** **1\.** Conduct daily team meetings, assigning tasks, providing guidance, monitoring activity progress, and overseeing execution of operational routines. **2\.** Identify daily priorities by analyzing operational and/or production reports as well as management directives, directing the team to complete assigned activities. **3\.** Prepare daily attendance and operational performance reports, keeping management informed about departmental performance. **4\.** Monitor operational performance indicators, identifying potential deviations from established targets and proposing improvement actions when necessary. **5\.** Manage overtime hours, time banks, and team attendance, verifying absences and tardiness, and preparing attendance reports with justifications and actions aimed at reducing absenteeism. **6\.** Conduct team training sessions, providing guidance and disseminating knowledge acquired through internal and external courses, reinforcing company processes, procedures, and standards. **7\.** Monitor, when required, activities related to selective waste collection, workplace organization, and cleanliness, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures. **8\.** Attend daily meetings with coordination and other leaders to align daily operational strategies. **9\.** Perform other related and inherent duties as required by operations. **Behavioral Profile** Professional with an operational leadership profile, results-oriented and goal-driven.
