




Job Summary: Operate melting furnaces, control the process, ensure material quality, comply with safety regulations, and work as part of a team. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork with focus on safety and quality **Responsibilities:** Operate melting furnaces, loading scrap, metallic alloys, and raw materials according to the production schedule; Control the metal melting process by monitoring temperature, time, and chemical composition to ensure the quality of the cast material; Perform operational adjustments on the furnace to ensure proper melting and prevent material loss; Carry out tapping of molten metal into ladles and molds, following safety standards and technical procedures; Monitor and record production process parameters, reporting deviations to the immediate supervisor; Perform cleaning, maintenance, and minor adjustments on the furnace and its components; Strictly comply with safety regulations, use of PPE, and environmental procedures; collaborate with the foundry team to ensure continuous production flow. **Requirements:** Completed elementary education (preferred). Previous experience as a foundry furnaceman or in similar foundry activities. Knowledge of metal melting processes.
