Main Duties and Responsibilities: * Perform physicochemical analyses of milk, water, and chemicals according to internal procedures; * Collect and prepare samples for analysis; * Record and enter results into spreadsheets and control systems; * Ensure accurate completion of documents and technical reports; * Perform cleaning, organization, and maintenance of laboratory glassware and equipment; * Support inventory control of laboratory supplies and reagents; * Maintain the laboratory environment in accordance with safety regulations and good laboratory practices; * Provide basic assistance and guidance to truck drivers during sample collection/receipt; * Report non-conformities to the technical supervisor.
