Our team consists of qualified and engaged professionals committed to transforming daily challenges into achievements. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities and Duties** * Budget Planning and Financial Control * Support the preparation, review, and monitoring of annual and multi-year budgets; * Develop financial scenarios, simulations, and analyses; * Support the structuring of institutional financial planning models. * Financial Analysis and Cash Flow Management; * Conduct technical analysis of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes; * Assess liquidity, working capital, financial sustainability, and risks; * Support strategies for financial balance and cash flow predictability. * Banking Relationship Management and Institutional Financial Management * Support negotiations regarding banking services, financial products, and investments; * Analyze banking contracts, fees, financial costs, and operational efficiency; * Support strategies for financial resource management. * Monitor balances, deadlines, financial targets, and spending compliance; * Prepare financial reports for granting agencies, funders, and oversight bodies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics; * Solid experience in financial management; * Experience with budgeting, cash flow, financial analysis, and budgetary control; * Experience in accountability reporting, agreements, public contracts, and earmarked resources; * Proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets, financial systems, and BI tools (Power BI is a plus); * Ability to prepare technical and managerial reports. * Support processes related to funding acquisition, structuring, and financial execution of projects. * Prepare managerial reports, executive analyses, and financial dashboards; * Analytical thinking and systemic vision; * Strong organizational skills and high sense of responsibility; * Data-driven decision-making ability; * Clear and technical communication skills; * Ethical conduct and institutional commitment; * Proactivity and autonomy; * Collaborative profile with leadership support orientation. **Additional Information** * Competitive remuneration based on experience: BRL 3\.362,65 * Opportunities for career advancement and enhancement of administrative skills; * Dynamic and collaborative work environment; * Opportunity to work in a growing company offering learning and professional development. * Dynamic and challenging work environment; * Administrative working hours: 44 hours/week; * We provide complimentary **meals** for our employees on-site; * Access to **imaging exams**, among others, with the option of **payroll deduction;** If you seek an opportunity to meaningfully contribute to healthcare and join a team committed to excellence, Liga de Mossoró is the right place for you!
