Join us!** We are looking for professionals to serve as technical and organizational support to the Chief Engineer in Product Engineering – Propulsion Systems, directly contributing to the development, integration, and monitoring of global projects. Key Responsibilities * Support product development activities for propulsion systems, ensuring technical alignment, adherence to deadlines, and delivery quality; * Serve as the technical focal point between local and global teams, ensuring efficient communication across involved departments; * Coordinate occasional global meetings, including preparation of materials, facilitation of discussions, follow\-up, and drafting of technical minutes; * Support interface management among Engineering, Manufacturing, and other departments related to product development; * Monitor technical status, risks, action plans, and project performance indicators under responsibility; * Support organizational and technical governance activities alongside the Chief Engineer; * Work in a multicultural environment with strong international interaction. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Engineering; * Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Development, preferably at Stellantis; * Experience in Product Engineering / Propulsion Systems; * Advanced or fluent English, with ability to communicate technically in a global environment; * Experience coordinating global technical meetings and preparing technical minutes and records; * Organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple interfaces.
