The 4mti team is looking for a Marketing Intern to grow with us! **As a Marketing Intern, you will:** * Create visual designs and graphic assets for digital channels (social media, emails, institutional materials, and campaigns); * Support the planning and execution of Inbound Marketing initiatives; * Assist in organizing and developing content topics, such as social media posts, blog posts, and marketing emails; * Support the organization of campaign-related information and data, contributing to ongoing analysis and improvement. Requirements: We are seeking a creative and proactive intern currently enrolled in Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, Design, Journalism, Communications, or related fields, who has: * Availability to intern 30 hours per week on-site at our office in Belo Horizonte, Funcionários neighborhood; * Knowledge of Inbound Marketing strategies; * Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Figma, and others; * Interest in and familiarity with Employer Branding and Endomarketing; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. **Additional qualifications that may strengthen your profile:** * Prior experience with Inbound Marketing and/or Endomarketing; * Strong copywriting skills and ability to craft persuasive texts; * Basic understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, social media, and/or content marketing.
