Want to become a Youxer? **Pay attention—this position is for an on-site internship!** **Location:** Lavras \- MG **What You’ll Do:** * Support structuring innovation journeys and organizing workshops and sessions led by the Service Design and Innovation team; * Contribute to user, service, and process research and information gathering through interviews, observations, and desk research; * Help organize data and insights collected from research and client meetings; * Collaborate on mapping customer journeys and experience flows, documenting touchpoints and improvement opportunities; * Support creating visual support materials (maps, flows, presentations, reports, etc.); * Assist in documenting and maintaining the team’s knowledge repository (templates, records, reports, learnings); * Observe discussions and deliverables with multidisciplinary teams, building understanding of the service design and innovation process. **What Youx Expects From You:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Design, Business Administration, Communications, Engineering, Technology, or related fields; * Interest in Service Design, Design Thinking, and Innovation; * Basic knowledge or willingness to learn journey mapping, personas, and service modeling; * Familiarity with tools such as Miro, Notion, Figma, or similar (desirable but not mandatory); * Strong communication skills, eagerness to learn, and willingness to work collaboratively; * Organized and detail-oriented in recording and documenting information; * Curious, collaborative, communicative mindset, with interest in building a career in innovation and human-centered design. **Why Join Us?** Joining the **YouX Group Service Design and Innovation team** means contributing to initiatives that drive continuous improvement of services and experiences.
