We currently have an opening for a **Contract Analyst**, a professional who will analyze and support the coal procurement department. Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Qualify charcoal suppliers; * Draft contracts, agreements, and termination documents; * Enter charcoal supplier contracts into the system; * Register suppliers and transporters in the Net\-i system; * Prepare maps and documentation for Forest Harvest Declarations; * Draft CAS and PSS; * Manage regulatory records (IEF/IBAMA); * Generate monthly management reports; * Monitor and control documentation for the Integrated Management System (SGI); * Collect charcoal vouchers from departments and enter unloading data into the system; * Issue incoming and outgoing invoices; * Manage accounts payable documentation for charcoal suppliers and transporters; * Issue and account for the Environmental Control Guide (GCA) before IEF; * Organize and maintain departmental charcoal-related files; * Comply with environmental and tax requirements related to the activity. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences or related field; * Advanced Excel skills; * Familiarity with Net\-i; * Preferred: Training in Artificial Intelligence; * Driver’s license – Category B. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Food basket; * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Partnerships with educational institutions; * Stationery; * Pharmacy; * Sesi Club; * Gyms; * Profit-sharing program (PLR). **Metalsider** is committed to being a responsible, ethical, and fair employer.
