Job Summary: This professional will advise the Site Manager, supervise and train teams, be responsible for constructing parts of the project, and maintain the quality management system. Key Highlights: 1. Advise and supervise the Site Manager in various activities 2. Responsible for construction and building of parts of the project 3. Maintain the quality management system and safeguard company assets - Advise the Site Manager in various activities, - Supervise work teams; - Train work teams - Carry out tasks assigned by the Site Manager; - Responsible for construction and building of parts or sections of the project (carpentry, reinforced concrete, masonry, etc.); - Maintain the quality management system implemented on site; - Ensure the workplace is clean and organized to support safe and efficient operations; - Safeguard company assets; Employment Type: Full-time CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Salary: R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
