Works directly on job sites, ensuring technical quality, safety, and compliance with established deadlines. **Responsibilities** * Perform masonry, concrete pouring, plastering, and installation of flooring and cladding materials. * Prepare and organize required materials, tools, and equipment. * Read and interpret construction plans and drawings. * Support the construction team during various construction phases. * Comply with safety regulations and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE). * Follow instructions from site supervisors and foremen. **Requirements** * Primary education (preferred). * Prior experience as a mason on civil construction projects. * Knowledge of masonry, finishing, and cladding techniques. * Basic understanding of construction drawing interpretation. * Availability for fieldwork.
