Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Technician to work on civil construction projects, ensuring that execution processes comply with technical standards and regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Perform technological control and on-site service inspection. 2. Support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS). 3. Ensure compliance with applicable technical and regulatory standards. **Job Description:** We are seeking a Quality Technician to work on civil construction projects, ensuring that execution processes comply with technical standards, applicable regulations, and quality management system requirements. The professional will play a key role in technological control, on-site service inspection, and continuous improvement of field processes. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and inspect on-site services to ensure compliance with designs, technical standards, and internal procedures; * Conduct technological control of materials (e.g., concrete, soil, aggregates); * Develop, implement, and manage Service Verification Forms (SVFs); * Monitor and record non-conformities, proposing corrective and preventive actions; * Support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS); * Manage and organize technical documentation (procedures, records, reports); * Participate in internal and external audits; * Ensure compliance with applicable technical and regulatory standards. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Attention to detail and critical thinking; * Organization and discipline; * Strong communication skills and professional conduct on site; * Proactivity; * Analytical and problem-solving abilities. **Requirements:** * Completed technical course in Building Construction, Quality, Civil Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience on civil construction projects; * Knowledge of construction quality control and ability to read/interpret project drawings; * Familiarity with technical standards (ABNT) and construction execution processes; * Experience in service inspection and technological control; * Basic proficiency in Excel and report writing. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience on large-scale projects (infrastructure, mining, industrial); * Knowledge of QMS (ISO 9001\); * Experience conducting quality audits; * Familiarity with quality tools (PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa, etc.).
