Act as a communication link between the company, the team, and the client. Supervise and guide staff members in assigned departments. Assign tasks and monitor the execution of cleaning and maintenance services. Monitor the quality of services performed. Ensure proper use of materials, products, and equipment. Control, request, and replenish materials and supplies as needed. Conduct periodic inspections in departments and record required corrections or improvements. Attend to building managers, supervisors, and clients, providing clarifications and operational alignments. Act as a communication link between the company, the team, and the client. Promote organization, discipline, professional conduct, and sound work practices. Report operational incidents, absences, deviations from standards, or support requirements.
