You will be responsible for supervising the production of bread, cakes, and savory snacks, ensuring product quality, organization, and freshness. You will also lead the team, manage inventory, minimize waste, and ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards. We seek candidates with bakery/pastry experience, leadership background, and a strong focus on quality and results.
