Job Summary: A Quality Analyst to implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System, with a focus on ISO 9001, PPAP, and FMEA. Key Highlights: 1. Development of PPAP processes **Position Description:** We are seeking a Quality Analyst to implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and requirements, with emphasis on ISO 9001, PPAP, and FMEA. **Key Responsibilities:** * Implement, maintain, and audit the Quality Management System in accordance with **ISO 9001** * Conduct internal audits and support external audits * Develop, review, and control quality procedures, work instructions, and records * Develop and monitor **PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)** processes * Apply and review risk analyses using **FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)** * Monitor quality indicators and propose corrective and preventive actions * Address nonconformities and ensure effectiveness of implemented actions * Collaborate with production and engineering departments on continuous process improvement * Ensure compliance with customer requirements and applicable standards **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree (Engineering, Administration, or related fields) * Proven experience in the Quality field * Solid knowledge of **ISO 9001, PPAP, and FMEA** * Experience with quality tools (MASP, PDCA, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, etc.) * Strong analytical skills and organizational ability * Knowledge of technical drawing reading and interpretation is a plus **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in an industrial environment, preferably automotive. * Knowledge of other standards (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, etc.) * Experience conducting customer audits **Behavioral Competencies:** * Proactivity * Attention to detail * Strong communication skills * Teamwork * Focus on continuous improvement Compensation: R$3.000,00 - R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * Do you have solid knowledge of ISO 9001, PPAP, and FMEA?
