This position is critical to sustaining the department’s daily operations, directly contributing to demand organization, data visibility, and excellence in executing commercial activities. **Requirements** * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel * Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple demands **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in Trade Marketing, sales, or marketing * Experience managing processes, administrative routines, and field support * Knowledge of ERP systems (Sankhya experience will be considered a plus) **Key Responsibilities** * Support logistics for promotional materials and departmental events * Consolidate and monitor Sell-Out data to support team analysis * Manage purchase orders, invoices, and contracts, ensuring process compliance * Update internal controls, spreadsheets, and operational checklists * Organize schedules, deadlines, and timelines for departmental requests * Provide support to Trade Marketing promoters and analysts * Ensure standardization and organization of internal workflows and processes * Initiate and track internal and procurement requisitions (Sankhya) * Support the creation and production of giveaways, creative materials, and requirements for campaigns and events
